Terms and Conditions 3star – User Rights and Responsibilities

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 3star ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By registering an account or using any services provided by 3star, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

In this document, the following terms are used with the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" — refers to the 3star website, mobile app, and all related services.
• "Member" — an individual who has registered a valid account on the 3star platform.
• "Games" — all categories of online entertainment provided, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, and other games.
• "Betting" — any bet or wager placed by a Member through the platform.
• "Account Balance" — the total funds available in a member's account at any given time.

To be eligible for 3star membership and to use our services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

3star offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover/wagering requirement) that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which will be clearly stated in the respective promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member and is non-transferable.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

• Use of multiple accounts or account sharing.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

If an account is closed for valid reasons, the remaining net balance (after deduction of any ineligible bonuses) will be returned to the relevant member within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-initiated account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
